Refund policy
At Stroke Savers Golf, we aim to provide a smooth and seamless return process for our customers. Our policy guidelines are outlined below:
1. Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
2. Customers must provide return shipping.
3. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.*
4. All sales placed outside North America are final.
5. The sale of laptop computers and tablets is final.
How to Initiate a Return:
A return may be initiated in one of two ways:
a) Contact us at support@strokesaversgolf.com with your request for a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label, which we'll create once the eligibility is confirmed.
b) Alternatively, fill out the "Returns Request" form on our Shipping & Returns page located here.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process via your original payment method (minus restocking fees*). We appreciate your understanding that any product exhibiting visible signs of wear/missing items or registered technology cannot qualify as new units upon resale; in such cases, a 40% restocking fee applies under our classification as refurbished items.
Please ensure products eligible for returns/exchanges meet these criteria:
- Like-new condition
- Undamaged
- Contain all original packaging/accessories
If a damaged item arrives at its destination, please contact support@strokesaversgolf.com with photos within 24 hours.
Note: Vendor-specific constraints might affect compliance with this policy in some cases; product descriptions may reflect these exceptions along with further clarification provided via manufacturer-specific guidance available below when applicable.
For warranty-related repair/replacement inquiries on purchased items deemed ineligible above due to vendor restrictions or otherwise not covered under our Refund Policy, please submit a request through our Warranty Request form to initialize support case review and resolution accordingly.
Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@strokesaversgolf.com on the day of delivery. Stroke Savers will cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. We'll ensure you receive the undamaged product you ordered as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team right away to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
Other Return Policy Notes:
- If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.
- Products specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for returns.
- All software & subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
- Stroke Savers only sells products intended for usage throughout their entire economic life cycle; orders purchased specifically for "one-time use" or temporary purposes aren't eligible for return under any circumstances (includes but not limited to: trade show/conference venue purchases; orders from promotional companies/trade show facilitators).
