Delivery Times:
We offer 5-7 day shipping within the United States upon completion of order processing. Due to the size of some items we sell, different parts of larger orders may arrive 1-2 days before others. Returns:

At Stroke Savers Golf, we aim to provide a smooth and seamless return process for our customers. Our policy guidelines are outlined below:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
2. Replacements are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty.
3. Customers must provide return shipping
4. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns only.
5. All sales placed outside North America are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:
Contact us at support@strokesaversgolf.com with your request for a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label, which we'll create once the eligibility is confirmed.

Once your returm/replacement inquiry has been reviewed, you'll be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process via your original payment method (minus restocking fees*). Replacements typically take 1-2 days to process, then 5-7 days to be delivered. 

Products are only eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

- New or Like-new condition
- Are undamaged
- Contain all original packaging/accessories

For warranty-related repair or replacement inquiries on purchased items deemed ineligible above, send our customer service team an email with your Name and Order Number. In certain cases, we will make accommodations.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team right away to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
